- Delivery and pickup addresses, service-area results, access instructions, stair information, dates, and time windows.
- Package, promotion, referral, discount, partner, storage, and reservation details.
- Payment status, transaction references, refunds, and approved charges. Pack N Stack does not store raw card numbers.
- Signatures, delivery or pickup proof, placement photos, condition photos, and authorized marketing media.
- Messages, support requests, call notes, and service history.
- Basic website and device information, such as browser type, IP address, security logs, and cookie or session data.
3. How We Use Information
Pack N Stack uses personal information to:
- Prepare, confirm, deliver, manage, and complete reservations.
- Validate addresses, calculate approved service fees, schedule service, and communicate updates.
- Process payments, refunds, fixed fees, partner rewards, and referral records.
- Document delivery, pickup, tote condition, customer authorization, and service completion.

4. How We Share Information
Pack N Stack shares only information needed for a business purpose. Recipients include website and account providers, payment processors, email and text providers, mapping and routing providers, reward providers, professional advisers, insurers, and authorities when required by law.
When a customer names a referral or partner, Pack N Stack may share limited reservation-completion information needed to verify a discount or reward. Pack N Stack does not sell or rent personal information.
Mobile phone numbers, text-message consent records, and opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Payments
Payment information is handled by the approved payment provider. Pack N Stack receives transaction status, limited payment-method details, and provider tokens needed for approved charges, refunds, and receipts. Pack N Stack does not receive or store a full card number or card security code.
6. Photos, Video, and Signatures
Operational photos, timestamps, signatures, and condition records document service completion, equipment condition, access, safety, approved charges, and disputes. Pack N Stack may also use authorized photographs, video, audio, testimonials, names, voices, or likenesses for the marketing and promotional purposes described in the accepted Rental Terms.
Customers may withdraw permission for future marketing use by emailing hello@pnstotes.com. A withdrawal does not require Pack N Stack to recall or remove materials published before the request.
7. Cookies and Website Data
The website and its service providers use cookies or similar technologies for site operation, security, session management, preferences, and performance measurement. Browser settings control many cookie choices, but blocking essential storage may affect site functions.
8. Data Retention and Security
Pack N Stack keeps information only as long as needed for reservations, customer support, accounting, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or approved media use. Access is limited to people and providers with a business need. Pack N Stack uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards and follows applicable breach-notification and record-disposal requirements.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing hello@pnstotes.com. Pack N Stack may retain records required for payment, tax, legal, safety, or dispute purposes. Marketing email or text messages include an opt-out method where applicable.
Customers who opt in to service-related texts receive messages about reservations, delivery, pickup, driver updates, schedule changes, and support. Message frequency varies by reservation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel text messages or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
10. Information About Minors
Pack N Stack services and online reservations are intended for adults age 18 or older. Pack N Stack does not knowingly collect reservation information from a person under 18. A parent or legal guardian must provide separate authorization before a minor appears in marketing media.
