This page documents how Pack N Stack Tote Rentals obtains customer consent for service-related text messages.

ONLINE RESERVATION OPT-IN

How customers provide consent

Customers opt in only through the public Pack N Stack Tote Rentals online reservation form. SMS consent is optional and is not required to reserve or purchase service.

A customer starts a reservation at pnstotes.com/reserve-now and enters a mobile phone number.

The customer reviews the reservation details before payment.

On the final review screen, the customer confirms the mobile phone number for text updates directly above the SMS consent checkbox.

The customer chooses whether to select the separate SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox starts unchecked.

Only customers who select the SMS checkbox receive service-related text messages about their reservation.

Messages include reservation confirmations, delivery and pickup reminders, driver updates, schedule changes, and service support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
